Hello! My name is Kylie Sweeney, and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona, with a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling with an emphasis in Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling. I have purpose-driven experience, in supporting children, adolescents, adults, and individuals from diverse backgrounds, with navigating the stressors of everyday life and enhancing their wellbeing.

My integrative counseling approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Sandtray, and Mindfulness interventions in order to create individualized treatment plans, that guide and support a holistic treatment.

As a counselor and individual, I strive to create a safe and collaborative environment where children, adolescents, and adults can feel supported. I hold a person-centered perspective, in order to make individuals feel understood, respected, and welcomed. I strive to provide clients the tools or coping techniques that will lead them on their journey to holistic well-being, autonomy, and resilience.
